Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional services provided by BLAKE COLLECTIVE LLC under written engagement agreements.

Service-Based Refund Conditions

BLAKE COLLECTIVE LLC delivers professional services on the basis of agreed scopes, milestones, and deliverables. Refunds may be considered where contracted services have not been delivered in accordance with the engagement agreement and where the matter cannot reasonably be remediated through additional work.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@blakecollect.com and must reference the relevant engagement, the deliverables in question, and the basis for the request.

Limitations

Fees corresponding to work that has been completed, accepted, or delivered are not eligible for refund. Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (including but not limited to software licenses, infrastructure fees, and external services) are non-refundable.

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the specific deliverable or service period in question and shall not exceed the total fees paid under the relevant engagement.

Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any refund-related dispute through good-faith discussion between authorized representatives. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the relevant engagement agreement and the governing law clause set out in our Terms & Conditions.
